Sub. : SEBI Press Release on online remittance of fees payable to SEBI.
Attention of the investment advisers is drawn to SEBI Press release No. 11/2023 dated June 27, 2023 (copy enclosed) in context to online remittance of fees payable to SEBI.
As mentioned in the aforesaid press release, Investment Advisers may note that the said online remittance facility is only for any entities other than registered intermediaries requiring to make payment to SEBI. SEBI registered intermediaries and applicants for fresh registration will continue to remit fees (Application Fee, Registration Fee, Renewal Fee, Filing Fee, etc) through SEBI Intermediaries Portal i.e. siportal.sebi.gov.in.
