This is with reference to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/ ITD-1/ITD_CSC_EXT/P/CIR/2024/113 dated
August 20, 2024, and Exchange Notice 20250306-6 dated March 06, 2025, on “Cybersecurity and
Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs).
In this regard, SEBI vide its circular No. SEBI has issued Circular no. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_CSC_EXT/P/CIR/2025/45 dated March 28, 2025 on the subject Extension towards Adoption and Implementation of Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) for SEBI Regulated Entities (REs). A copy of said SEBI circular is enclosed as Annexure – A for
reference.
